The ProSet® XT4 is the ProSet family’s most powerful tool. The XT4 has the maximum pull force in the range (23 kN), however it weighs only roughly 2 kg. The high capacity of the XT4 enables installation of Avdelok®, Maxlok®, and Avtainer® lockbolts in addition to structural breakstem rivets. The tool has a hydraulic damper for smooth operation and an ultra-high tensile piston rod for maximum tool life. The unique, ergonomic design guarantees the highest level of user comfort and effectiveness.

In all materials, the ProSet® XT4 can set rivets with a diameter ranging from 4.0mm (5/32″) to 6.4mm (1/4″). With an extra nose assembly, it can also set sealing plugs with a diameter of 6.0 to 12.0mm and lockbolts with a diameter of 4.8 (3/16″) to 6.4mm (1/4″).
